With this installation, I sought to question the confusion brought about by the interplay of appearances and the belonging to a visual vocabulary that has become engrained automatism. False impressions appear from the sustained desire to see too quickly.
Here, one can brush against the unerground’s entrails by sliding in between bronchial tubes that breathe as the wind blows.
Avec cette installation, j’ai souhaité questionner la confusion qui est amenée par ce jeu d’apparence et d’appartenance à un vocabulaire visuel qui est devenu un automatisme. Les faux-semblants apparaissent à force de vouloir regarder trop vite.
Ici, on peut se frotter aux entrailles du sous- terrain, en se glissant entre ses bronches. Et elles respirent… grâce au souffle du vent.
