What might happen when a foot meets up with a sock, other than a foot’s dressing up?
Collecting my fellow travelers socks, as a key element, I meant to feature the time spent and shared together.
Each pace, as unique as it is, appeared when I embroidered around the wear of the fabric, and revealed a particular hiking topography.
Que donne la rencontre entre le pied et la chaussette, mis à part un pied habillé?
Avec la récolte des chaussettes de mes compagnons de route, j’ai souhaité figurer le temps partagé.
C’est en brodant minutieusement les contours des usures jusqu’à en créer une topographie pédestre, que je dessine la singularité de chaque démarche.
